Refund and Returns Policy
At Vedh Herbs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in packing and shipping our Ayurvedic products. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
- Eligibility for Return
You may request a return only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective product
- Expired product
Note: We do not accept returns for used, opened, or customer-damaged items.
- Return Request Timeline
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- After 3 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.
- How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please:

- Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach photos of the product and packaging.
- Our support team will review and guide you with the return process.
- Return Process
- If your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. In case of Cash on Delivery, we may issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer.
- Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products bought under discounts or offers (unless damaged or wrong)
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
