We currently ship across all major cities and regions in India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take a few extra days.

Note: Delays may occur during high demand periods, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50 on orders below ₹999
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share photos (in case of damaged items) for faster resolution.
We will work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
